We are now expanding our commercial team with a Senior Business Development Manager who will drive revenue growth, open new markets, and build high-value partnerships across our mobile performance and enterprise verticals.

Growth and Revenue Enablement

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, activating, and closing new commercial opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to support company-wide growth objectives.
  • Build scalable and repeatable commercial frameworks that support long-term business expansion.

New Business Development

  • Own the full acquisition cycle for new advertisers: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Build and manage a strong advertiser pipeline across mobile performance, CPI/CPA, enterprise, and high-value verticals.
  • Establish senior-level relationships with key prospects and industry decision-makers.
  • Execute commercial initiatives that expand market reach and increase revenue.

Market Expansion

  • Identify and prioritize high-potential markets, verticals, and segments based on data and industry insights.
  • Represent Creative Clicks at industry conferences and events to increase visibility and generate opportunities.
  • Conduct competitive research to inform strategy and positioning.

Customer Growth and Retention

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing advertisers to support performance, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within key accounts to grow customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with Customer Success to reduce churn and improve account outcomes.

Strategic Partnership Development

  • Identify and develop partnerships that support commercial objectives, including networks, platforms, technology partners, and publishers.
  • Collaborate with global teams to share pipeline insights, coordinate international opportunities, and scale partnership models across regions.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account growth within performance marketing, mobile user acquisition, affiliate marketing, or digital media.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep understanding of CPA, CPI, CPL, and other performance-based commercial models.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled in developing sales strategies, forecasting, and structuring commercial proposals.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and online sales systems.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a high-velocity, results-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile-first advertisers, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-level clients.
  • Exposure to international markets such as the US, UK, AU, DE, or CA.
  • Existing network in performance marketing, mobile UA, or related ecosystems.
