We’re looking for an AI Product Owner to lead the way in turning ideas into impactful AI solutions. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between business needs, user experience, and technical execution. From ideation to delivery, you’ll own the AI product roadmap, making sure every product we launch creates measurable value, drives innovation, and is grounded in real-world usability.

You’ll work hand in hand with engineers, data scientists, marketers, and commercial teams to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and bring innovative AI products to life.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the AI product vision and roadmap — set priorities, milestones, and adapt as business goals and market needs evolve.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams.
Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to deliver AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, engagement, and outcomes.
Stay ahead of AI and machine learning trends to ensure Creative Clicks is always leading innovation.
Champion AI adoption across the company, driving awareness and practical application.
Define and track KPIs to measure product success and business impact.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication across teams.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, ethical AI standards, and responsible usage

What We’re Looking For
You thrive where speed meets precision. You think in solutions, not problems, and feel at home in both strategy discussions and reviewing technical deliverables.

Must-haves:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role (ideally with AI, data, or SaaS products).
Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and ability to translate them into business value (no coding required, but you speak the language).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Strong ability to prioritize and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Analytical mindset with focus on measurable results.

Nice-to-haves:

Background in performance marketing, martech, or adtech.
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools.
Knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulations.
