Our CEO Raymond on growth, grit, and what 2025 really taught us

Arrow Light Blue

2025 wasn’t a year of dramatic change. It was a year of quiet progress. The kind of growth that takes shape in how people work together. In how decisions get made. And in how a company keeps its momentum, even when the market shifts around it.

Creative Clicks has been around for more than 16 years. The ability to adapt isn’t something new. But this year made that mindset sharper. More focused. More necessary.

For our CEO, Raymond Kokken, the story of 2025 wasn’t about big leaps. It was about consistency. Discipline. And trust.

“Even in an industry that constantly changes, we keep reinventing ourselves. After more than 16 years, Creative Clicks is still adaptable, curious, and able to spot new opportunities.”

Small teams, stronger outcomes

This year made it clear that impact doesn’t come from having more people. It comes from having the right people, working together with focus and trust.

“I was most surprised by how clearly it became that output is not about the number of people, but about how well people work together.”

“In 2025 we really saw that a small, highly aligned, high-performing core team can move mountains. Close collaboration, ownership, and trust made the difference. Bigger is not always better.”

Progress that takes time

The company entered new verticals, won new clients, and tested new strategies. Some took longer than expected. But that didn’t stop the teams from moving forward.

“This year showed us that winning new clients, increasing market share, launching new initiatives, and entering new verticals like car insurance all take more time and effort than you initially expect.”

“What it taught us is that persistence matters. If you keep pushing with the right focus and dedication, you will get there. We consistently see that approach led to market share growth and successful new initiatives.”

Focus and ownership

Creative Clicks has always moved fast. But this year reinforced the importance of slowing down enough to build things the right way.

“It reinforced how important it is to keep teams small and accountable. Every new initiative needs to be carefully analyzed and supported by a fully dedicated team that covers all key areas.”

“When you enter a new vertical, you need client knowledge, publisher knowledge, media buying expertise, and product understanding. If that team is not complete or fully committed, the chances of success drop fast.”

“Dedication is key. Sharing resources may sound efficient, but it usually hurts focus.”

Adapting with purpose

Staying relevant means staying curious. In 2025, AI became one of the biggest changes in the landscape. Creative Clicks approached it with intention, looking for ways to make it part of the way the business works and delivers value.

“Change and adaptation are part of our DNA. We have been doing this for more than 16 years. Right now, the big shift is AI. It can be a threat, but it is also a huge opportunity.”

“Our focus is to stay valuable to our customers. We are integrating AI across every layer of the business while staying traffic-channel agnostic. That helps us deliver higher ROAS and better-quality outcomes for our advertising partners and keeps us relevant for the long term.”

The culture still driving everything

Results matter. But culture is what keeps a company going through every phase.

“I am really proud of the culture we have built. Creative Clicks is a team of strong, loyal experts. After 16 years, the fundamentals of the company are still the same.”

“We are entrepreneurial, loyal, and always looking for ways to grow the company further. That mindset, combined with deep expertise, is what makes the culture strong and sustainable. That start-up mindset and constant hunger is a winning combination.”

Choosing where to invest

Not everything the company worked on this year was visible. Some of the most important work happened quietly, with intention and care.

“One of the biggest turning points was sharpening our strategic focus. We became more careful about where we invest our time, talent, and technology.”

“At the same time, several initiatives have been quietly built and will be announced soon. They will play an important role in shaping the future of Creative Clicks.”

What the team showed

This year’s company trips to Mallorca and Punta Cana weren’t just time away. They were a reminder of what makes the team strong.

“Seeing the teams having fun, switching off from daily work, and truly connecting stood out to me.”

“In those moments, I feel deeply grateful to see how strong the team really is. It gives me even more energy and motivation to keep building and moving forward.”

The mindset for what comes next

As 2025 ends, the company isn’t slowing down. It’s getting clearer on where it’s going, and how it wants to get there.

“Just keep pushing. Building a company is not a sprint, but a marathon. Every day, be a little better than the day before.”

“Our focus stays firmly on our clients and partners. They are the foundation of our company.”

“What we consistently hear is that our white-glove approach is a key success factor. By being available 24/7 and staying closely involved, we help our clients reach their performance goals and build long-term trust and retention.”

Thank you for being part of 2025. See you in 2026.
